The Brewery at Roebuck are open and now serving:
Blonde - 3.7% ABV - Light and refreshing, floral on the nose with a clean, balanced palate.
Bitter - 4.5% ABV - Amber coloured ale with a dry palate and hoppy aftertaste.
Hopzester - 4.2%ABV - Thirst quenching light coloured citrus flavoured ale with a pronounced hop aroma.
Ruby - 4.4% ABV - Ruby-red coloured, full malty flavour with a hint of chocolate and blackcurrant.
Porter - 4.6% ABV - Smooth and balanced dark ale with much of the colour and flavour derived from crystal/chocolate malts and roasted barley.
IPA - 5.2% ABV - Sunset golden India Pale Ale with a full and mellow malty character and fruity citrus hops.
